Tell us your favorite OS and why, it will be interesting to see everyones opinions. Ill start

Windows XP, Sure its mr average joe, but with a little...ok maybe a lot of tweaks it is faster and sexier than any other OS ive tried.

You left out OS X....

I love OS X and XP almost equally... But maybe XP a little more, as it can run on any machine... and on a fresh install its a mean, fast, power house of an OS.

Lol, why is ME even up there? xD

I'd say either between XP, Vista, and Linux. XP because I've used it for so long, Vista because it's getting better and better, and Linux (primarily Ubuntu) because there's a lot of new things that I can try/do in it, since I've never used it before.

If your equation requires either a complex combination of variables to get the desired result OR you can't seem to get the result regardless of the ain't your variables, it's your constant.
