I have to say limewire.
It is stable easy and to use.

i steadily use eMule and i'm completely satisfied. Azureus also helps e with my bit torrents... i've tried all the other ones and none are as good. LimeWire doesn't have much of what i look for and DC++ just doesn't download anything! the others are simply full of adware and spyware and virii.

that's just my opinion though.
