Cheapest way is to buy RAM, but looking at your amount of RAM I'm guess you've done that. If your thinking off adding a new motherboard or processor, I'd say buy a new computer, it would be worth the money in the long run. But everyone isn't rich I had a 533Mhz, 256Mb RAM for ages (most reliable machine ever, even overclocked itself), before I bought a new computer.
