yahoo problem

Hi,

I have just brought second hand computer, and installed winXP

Intel III 730 Mhz, 256 RAM

what happens is that after i sign on my yahoo the desktop resolution automatically changes to 8 Bit while normally it set up in 24 bit.

what cud be the problem ?

this is the hardest question i have ever faced!

have you tried signing on to other yahoo websites, such as yahoo.COM, yahoo.CA?

also, have you updated the video card/chipset drivers? That could be the problem.
also make sure the monitor is recognized.
