We have our home computers (4) networked with mine as the server. I'm running XP Pro. My question: is there a way that I can use XP's firewall and the other home computers still access my shared directories? Up to now I have to turn off the firewall so the kids can access my music drive so they can listen in their rooms to songs off of my computer.
I tried ZoneAlarm Pro and it worked fine but I'm trying to not have to buy "something" else to protect our system.
