has anyone ever gotten this dialogue box during shutdown?

i have just recently encountered this problem when i attempt to shutdown my laptop.

it'll hang....then say it's trying to end program...i click End Now, but still just hangs for minutes...

i then have to force quit the computer to turn it off.

i've googled this, but it seems that it's caused only while using Mozilla browser, and i haven't been able to find a solution for this.

can you genius' but your noodles together and help me out?

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Mozilla.

strange..i had this problem last night, then today i did everything as usual..shut it down....and it works fine again.

not sure what i did or didn't do..but it seems to not have that problem now.
