i have a user that her quick launch bar disappears even though the box is checked to show it. she also has some other problems when she opens an attachment and checks the box to not prompt again it still prompts her. it seems like xp is just not keeping her settings. they always disappears after she reboots. we have some other users who are using xp, including myself and no one else is having these problems. if anyone has any clue on how to fix it that would be great. thanks.
