XP User Accounts

I have an Administrator account, and someone else has a normal limited account on XP. What am I able to restrict them from doing? What is already restricted? etc..

Basically, I need all the info on this.

you can restrict them from anything. everytime you install a program it should give you the option to let all users or just you.you can restrict things to the point where theris only one prog they could use or just have the internet available to them.whatever you dont want them to have is your choice.

helps if your using xp pro too since you cant edit the security policy in xp home. but it isn't essential unless your gonna be really picky.

Thanks, got a younger sibling that my mother wants me to do some restricting on when they get the computer come christmas time, just wasn't sure what all I could do.

I already have DansGuardian working on my linux machine, which I will set her browser up to use, it currently blocks porn, proxy sites, chatrooms, and it will block newsgroups here soon.

If you have anything else I should block, would be nice if you could let me know. A friend suggested I just block all ports, except 80, and only allow programs access that my mother and I deem safe.
