XP Upgrade or Full

I have a Windows 98 floppy disk that was used on my older computer, so if I buy Windows XP Home Upgrade can I just somehow allow XP to read the disk and verify that I am upgrading? Or would I have to install 98? Or should I go get full?


Also, where are some cheap places to get these?

Curiously, it says that you can use CDs from Windows NT 3.51 and Windows 95 in addition to those from 98, 98 SE, Millennium, or 2000, though these products cannot be upgraded to XP.

So I guess I will take his word for it...
