HP dx7500 microtower
Clean install with XP pro sp2, I installed sp3 manually cause I already had it downloaded, same with Office Pro 2007 sp2 and IE8.
Installed java, adobe flash and shockwave, and malwarebytes.
Was just going to update the machine and I keep getting this error.
From what I researched (googled) I can't really understand the issue.
*Thought about a repair from disc but HP wants the restore disc 1st usually.
***fixed! I disabled windows firewall then I tried it again, but I'm not sure if this is the right fix for the problem though cause when I searched on bing I read somewhere about a registry fix or security zones but is the way it worked for me.
