Xp Service Pack 1

Is Xp Service Pack 1 or 1a really worth downloading? I download all security fixes and critical updates that effect security.I have looked at the fixes Microsoft has in there Service Pack 1a and truthfully I do not need all of this. Answers would be great. Thanks

As with every service pack for Win2K, you will see a bit of a performance increase, I always download service packs
