XP Pro question

When I select to shutdown my computer and when it comes to the options of STAND BY, TURN OFF, or RESTART there is a picture of the security center shield on top of the TURN OFF.

The question I have is that normal because I don't recall seeing that before? Please let me know.

Have you downloaded windows defender? Or the new updates? It might have been added then.

I downloaded windows defender a couple of days ago but you are right about your assumption on being an updater. I noticed it when I restarted my computer. Good catch saxon. Thanks a bunch.

If you see the shield that just means there are updates waiting to be installed. Saxon was right on with that.
