Even if he changes the password the Administrator can "remove" this password and then access the account with no password.

If it is just files you want to hide, although I don't know why you would, I would just download some kind of encryption tool and encrypt the files you want to keep secret.

You could also keep secret files on a USB drive. You can encrypt the entire USB drive's file system so it takes a password to access the drive in the first place. This is what I use at work to keep server passwords secure.

I assumed the password his dad was using was the administrator. There are ways to change that password too. ;)

Anyways I think the windows encryption would work.

The thing I want to protect is my history. And its ****ing annoying to just clear it constantly. I go to sites that arent very legal (Not keygen sites, wink wink) and get pop-ups for "HOT JESSICA ALBA SEX TAPE!" And **** like that. My dad thinks I went to those purposely, So he bans me from the computer for 4 days.

Anything you do probably wont help, you can not keep a history but then he'll just keep resetting it.

Would he notice if you made a new account and didn't show it on the login screen?

I'd be happy it's jessica alba popups, imagine if he looked and u were getting brad pitt pop ups. :D

Dude, My dads a ****ing freak about stuff. I mean, He looks at porn frequently, I have proof. But he made my brother pay him 500$ (Yes, I'm not joking) for looking at porn. And I'm thinking he'll go for our Wii if he finds out I've been getting nasty popups, he'll stab me.

A couple more things, He's a total dumbass when it comes to computers, but he'd notice if his account wasnt a computer admin.

But yeah, I need my history, And Firefox makes it a pain to delete history.

Why exactly do you need your history? I just set FF to not keep history. There's absolutely no trace of the sites that I visit on my computer
