XP Pro Always boots to Admin account

I recently bougt a Windows XP Professional laptop - a Dell Latitude D600. When I bought it, I enabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching. I then created another account, mine. I rebooted so the changes made effect. It did not go to the welcome screen. It instead automatically booted the Administrator account, without even requesting a password. Is this something fixable?

control userpasswords2 will get you into the controlk for that.

type it in a cmd box then set up how you want.
