Default XP physical Memory Dump

Hi, My XP box is giving me Physical memory dumps, and now I am trying to re-install windows and it is giving me the same problem. just randomly i get the blue screen of death.

"**STOP: 0X00000024 ( a bunch of other numbers)"

I have tried searching these numbers and didnt get too far. What I want to know is, is it my Hard Drive, or is it my RAM?

See my post just below your, in Gq-Souljah members post titled "Windows XP Loading Problem "

Sounds like you have the same issue and should follow the steps laid out in my post there

I would say so too. Sounds like you have a bad stick. If you have more then one, try running your install with only one stick in it. If that stick doesn't work, try the other. If you only have one stick, might not be a bad idea to drop a couple bucks on a 128 meg stick for testing purposes.

Are you running DDR400 Memory on that board?
