XP: One User Creates File/Folder on Samba Network, Other Users Cannot Modify

It only happens when one user creates a file or folder. If another user creates a file or folder, other users can open and modify it just fine.
 
I would guess it would be due to the fact the the first person has Admin Rights with in the account. The other users do not. So they would not have the rights to modify until it was granted. Might want to have this moved to the Linux Area since Samba is only used with Linux networks. Samba isnt necessary when only Windows is running on the machines.
