I had no idea that ALL CAPS means shouting..lmao

I think it just brings more attention to the capitalized text.

But..whatever.. I will consider your opinion and try not to use ALL CAPS.

ALSO1: I thought "!!!" means shouting... Hmmmmmmmmmm...

ALSO2:

I thought his post said he COULD get into safe mode... looks like I read it wrong..=\

Well i would say it is a big consideration. As that breaks the first rule. Not being respectful to members by shouting at them. Why does it seem that no one understand that all caps is shouting online? It is even on Wikipedia that way...

Internet

This form of typography also appears in on-line forums. It was once an inevitable byproduct of using machines with limited support for lowercase text (such as certain dumb terminals, early Apple II models), but as full support of ASCII became standard, it became solely identified with "shouting" or attention-seeking behaviour. As a result, netiquette generally discourages the use of all caps.

All caps - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So pelase do not use all cpas when trying to get a point across. Use Bold ot Italic for that. Can even combine them. Much better than all caps.
