XP network domain user universal browser home page?

Hello all. I'm new here, but thought I'd see if I can get an answer to the following:

I wish to set the home page in IE6 for all network Domain Users. In other words, every user who logs onto the network and opens their browser will automatically be directed to the same home page, regardless of the workstation they choose to use.

Does anyone know how to do this? I have over 250 users spread over 125 computer workstations in my network.

are you usign active directory? this is two part...
if you are, you implemet a domain policy. the policy is under user cofiguration, Windows settings, internet explorer maintenece, URL, Important URL's. Then specify the Homepage URL. Apply the doimain policy and you are done.
If you don't use AD, you can do this all though NT4 policy, but that is not as easy. Also, you can do it though registry structure. Are these users or admins/power users?

You could change it in with group policy (gpedit.msc) check this.
