xp looking for photogallery?

I have been working on a customer's computer for some time now and every time you boot it up it pops up saying it cannot find the Photogallery... He had his digital camera hooked up so i unhooked it and tried repairing windows and it still comes up with the error... what am i missing???

try clearing the msconfig. does this look like a window error or a 3rd party software error

start > run > msconfig > startup tab > disable all but firewall and anti-virus.
