Default XP log on screen question

on the regular log on screen for XP you know how it sometimes will say how many email's are unread? i was wondering where i can edit that so it can show how many unread emails there are for my gmail account.

1 gb PNY DDR2700
ATI 9600XT 128 mb
Hitachi 160 gb
ABIT AS8 Socket T (LGA 775)

This is from the Outlook program. Just set it to load off Google's mail server instead.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
