I'm having trouble loading...no, running XP on a new HD. It asks me if i wanna start in safe mode (w/networking or CP) or normal. it won't boot regularly in any of these, is this a HD, BIOS, or Mobo problem?
It could Either be a Mobo or may be somthing to do with your Hard Disk well u can try going into safe mode and then rebooting and if u continuously get the same thing then u might have to do a repair reinstallation and well if u have already done the reinstallation of the windows it could also be that the CD that u were trying to install it from may be damaged and all files were not copied
