I'm re-formatting my neighbor's computer, and they currently have Verizon DSL. I know they are bad with keeping stuff, like original CDs, instructions, etc...
My question is, when I restore their computer, will XP pick up the Verizon DSL connection automatically, or will I need the oringal Verizon DSL CDs to re-configure their service? I don't want to install windows then realize I can't update the darn thing cause DSL isn't active.
Has anyone done this before and knows what'll happen?
Thanks
