XP, file deletion

In XP, is there a shortcut to bypass the recycle bin when you delete files, so you don't have to go into the recycle bin and then do so?

Right click on the Recycle Bin, select the option to delete.

Yah I knew I could do that, I just wanted a quicker way.

Just as it is 2nd nature for me to just setup the REcycle Bin for deletion rather than holding shift.

Meh must be me. Cause if i go to delete something. It is meant to be deleted. Not stored in my Recycle Bin.
