Default xp crash

my computer was crashing and then I had a power outage now when I try to start it a screen coumes up and says start in
safe mode
safe mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt
or start windows normally
I have tried all of these options and none of them have worked
on start up I pressed f5 and tried all of the options there as well my computer is an HP computer and I have sent them an email but that could take a while. If no one has any ideas would it be possable to buy the XP disk and reinstall the os ?

Does'nt that really piss you off?, when you buy a PC you should get the OS on disc after spending so much money!

you could sue them for not giving you the disk, even though you paid for it

Dell is a good company, they always give you your disks and extras but they are a bit over-priced
