xp come with partioning tool

does windows xp come with a partioning tool or if it doesnt can you name me a free program
basically I got 1 drive in my laptop but i see 2 partiotions on my computer 1 is windows and the other is sony vaio' data but ive got no need for the sony stuff and i want to delete it and extend drive c instead?

Yes XP comes with one. Yes there are free ones.

You do realize that this Vaio Data is also your recovery partition that you use to go back to factory defaults in case anything goes wrong right? So if you remove this, and you need to format you will not have anyway to do so. You will not have any way to restore Windows back onto the laptop at all and you will be forced to purchase new media.
