XP always freeze

help me please.. i dont know why whenever i install windows XP PRO .. it always freezes when anything that has a full screen flicker comes up... it never happens when i install 98 first then upgraded to XP.. but if i install XP by itself.. that always happen.. it always freeze when i load tests... like video tests or games.. please help

could be overheating because it freezes when you load tests, also check for spyware, viruses, and update drivers.

Some hardware might be incompatible with your Windows XP edition. Check MS websits for s/w and hardware compatiblity before installing XP
