xp admin?

ok my dad had to reloud xp onto my boy friends dads computer. Well we are home now and well my bf's dad called saying its not logging him in as the admin but as a user. Well he went into the control panal and into user accounts and well try setting him as the admin but it says there is all ready another admin on there. What does he do now?


PS: im going over tomorrow to check it out and see if some odd reason there is another acc on there.

Have him try to go into Safe Mode and see if he can log into the Admin account that way.

If he still cant sounds like the PC was already hijacked.

he could try logging in as the administrator. If he doesn't know the administrator password then just reset it with one of those handy tools - i'm sure there's a thread that covers this sort of thing.

Edit: I don't know if this still works but it sounds cool I Forgot My Administrator Password!
