x64 + Half Life 2

i click "install half life 2" i get a DEP (Data execution Prevention) error and it closes???

wtf???

i've never come across that before.



EDIT:

i went into the cd, installed steam, then installed hl2 bypassing the actual autorun sequence.

works now..installed.

x64 musn't like something on the autorun i guess.....*shrugs*
