Everytime WinXP starts I get this message: Run a DLLa san APP has encountered a problem and needs to close. Turns out it is x10net.dll that craters. I think it is related to my ATI All-in-wonder 8500 graphics card drivers. I believe it is involved with the ATI Remote Wonder feature that I never use.
Here is another wierd thing. When I scroll etc. with my wheel mouse, I get little squeaky sounds as well. I get the same squeaky sounds when I use the keyboard to scroll as well. Related? Who knows.
I started getting this error message when I moved the folder for MyDocuments to a different hard drive. Don't know if it's related, but hey, what can I say. This doesn't seem to affect other operations on my puter -- it's just annoying.
Oh yes. The remote doesnt' work so my guess is that x10net is needed for this function. Anyone have similar problems?
