Windows Explorer can browse cellphone folders?

Would it be possible to connect your phone to your PC via a 9pin data cable and browse its contents via Windows Explorer or IE? If yes, what would be the port address?

I highly doubt it unless it is specifically designed to do that. If that was the case it would probobly be throught usb.

ok i have Nokia 3530 and unfortunately Nokia did not have and PC Suite or whatsoever for it. How would Windows Explorer or IE be able to browse its contents?
