Wordpad damaged file

I have a user that is getting an error everytime she sends an email with an attached wordpad file. The file comes up as: ****** MESSAGE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ******.

Has anyone seen this error and has anyone ever corrected this problem before. Help would be great appreciated.......thanks.

Either have the sender re-send it or check to make sure it isnt on the senders end. Make sure that the recieving user can recieve from someone else. If the problem still occurs then there is a problem with that PC that needs to be looked into. Like a virus or something similar.
