Ok i have a do***ent that asks for the same information over and over and over again. right now I am filling in the data on the do***ent everywhare it asks for it. is there a way to just fill it in one time and then the do***ent will automatically update the rest of the fields. Small piece of the do***ent.... Notice that the <type of service> is on there a bunch. It would save considerable amount of time is I could just fill it in once.
Any suggestions would be helpful....thx
You already got a letter from < Provider/MCC>. It said that <type of service> will end on <2- business day date>. You have a right to get that letter at least 2 business days before the care ends (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). No one can make you stop the care sooner.
Do NOT sign this page IF:
o You think you need to keep getting <type of service> for 2 more business days.
o OR, you donÂ’t know what the plans are for your care after <type of service> STOPS.
o OR, you donÂ’t think youÂ’ll get the care you need after <type of service> STOPS.
