Word cannot find proofing.en-us/proof.fr/proof.cab

Hey guys,
I purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Professional for my Vista Ultimate 64 box and I get a dialog box that asks for me to find the location of the file: 'proofing.en-us/proof.fr/proof.cab'.

The file IS on the install CD but it cannot be read. I purchased the software from newegg and the CD got scratched during shipping. I have tried cleaning the disk but apparently its still too scratched.

I have spent the last 3 hours searching the internet for the file that I need and I have been unsuccessful. I even went against one of my biggest personal rules and I installed a torrent on my machine to attempt to download the file. no success there either.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

here are my only 2 ideas:
1) return the software to newegg.
2) see if one of you has the file that you could upload somewhere so that I may download it.

proofing.en-us/proof.FR/proof.cab is a 10.9MB file as opposed to
proofing.en-us/proof.EN/proof.cab which is a 21.3MB file

please let me know, i'd rather not have to wait another week for newegg to send me a new cd
