Wondering about Safe Mode

hi, i was wondering if there was any way to load my graphics card and sound card in safe mode

load as in install the hardware or the drivers? i do not see why not, although download the drivers in normal mode because you may not have access to your network in safe more. you will probably have the option to use your network though when you boot into safe mode. and can you not install the items in normal mode? I never had that problem but once, and when I did have that one problem, it was a DOA card.

The GFX drivers and sound drivers are not loaded by default in safe mode. There is a reason for it. Those oculd be the drivers causing the problem and that is why you are in Safe mode in the first place.

As for the answer...i dont think so. I have never been able to load them. Even trying to run them from within safe mode hasnt worked for me. I have been able to isntall them from safe mode but they dont run.
