Wndows xp tablet edition problem

I am working on a tablet pc, and for some reason (not me) the keyboard/pen input thing on the task bar has taken over, it now spans the length of the taskbar, and makes everything else dissappear, I've tried moveing it around several times, but without luck...

basically I want to know if there is a way to disable that "keyboard/pen input thing"
