Wireless key board notifications

On a brand new key board I am having the problem of low batteries even if we change the batteries i still get a notification that they are low. The key board work still once you close the box. I was wondering if any one knows how to disable this notification.

you do realize that there are hundreds of wireless keyboards out there and almost all of them have different settings, right? there is no way that we can help you without the make and model number and what kind of software runs it on the computer.
