winXP colour schemes

i made a colour scheme which i really like. it is a windows classic theme, with all windows black, with green text. it is really good, BUT:

in programs that have their own theme, the windows turn black, but the text stays black, so i cannot see anything. is there any way to fix this? maybe if i skin with style xp or something?

This is for IE6.

Click on Tools -> Internet Options
Click on the Colors button at the bottom
Uncheck "Use Windows Colors"
Select your own colors.

like that, but in photoshop, the text stays black. is there any way to assign PS its on colour scheme, ie, the default grey...?
