WinPE or BartPE over RIS

Hey, I setup a RIS server last night and all the os's are working great, however, following this

tutorial, method 3, i can't get it to boot, when I select the boot option from the RIS menu it loads the option, then flashes quick to a blinking dos cursor then goes to a blank screen(monitor light is green so its still "receiving signal". I let it sit there for an hour but nothing happens, not much lan activity, i've tried it with 2 different systems that support Ris which included 3 different NIC's but neither can boot. I also followed this

tutorial for BartPE with the same result. I don't know what else to do to make this work in RIS, I have Windows 2000 pro, server, advanced server, xp pro, server 2003 ent. and web and they alll work fine, but i can't boot WinPE or BartPE

RIS server is running Windows 2000 Advanced Server with SP4 and some hotfixes from the MS support site for the RIS issues.

also just noticed that as the client is loading the option, for BartPE for, before the black screen with the cursor flashes, another screen flashes that i believe says "waiting for reboot..." None of the clients ever reboot tho. Once again any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Well I got WinPE to boot using method 2, now I'm trying BartPE using method 2 and hopefully it works.
