Default WindowsXP 64 Bit vs 32 Bit

I can't decide.

Can anyone list a nice list of Pros/Cons for 64 bit?

Any idea what programs don't support 64bit?

Thanks.

64-bit if you have more than 2gb of ram and an 64-bit system.

64 bit can be complicated to find drivers for...if they even make them

Well for people out there that are running XP 64bit, what kind of problems have you faced? Any specifics? Regrets?

Oh, XP 64 has drivers for pretty well anything, except for some obscure hardware perhaps.
