I stumbled upon this, it shows the new upcoming windows 7 in action.

That is not Windows 7. That is the Microsoft Surface. They just show the actual desktop of it now. There is no inclination that this is Windows 7. They do not show you anything that proves it is Windows 7. This is just another demo of Surface.
