Hello. I have a Windows 10 Pro desktop that I use at work. Ever since I built the PC, the PC will be hung up when I come in the next morning. I checked out the event viewer and I keep seeing this "PackageMicrosoft.LockApp_10.0.10586.0_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy+WindowsDefaultLockScreen was terminated because it took too long to suspend"
I have my power options set to never turn off screen, sleep or hibernate.
Under display, I have the option "Console lock display off timeout" set to 1440 minutes.

Does anyone know why I would continue to have this issue?

Thanks in advanced!

Make a clean installation, especially if you are not a specialist, use the default settings, find time to do regular servicing, ie clean it, remove obsolete software and registry data. Uncommon turn off is compulsory!
And when doing so, you do not have any problems.
I sit on the computer 24/7 for more than 10 years, and also do not know all the causes of the problems. This means that the average user will never know everything and how everything works, but if to know only how to turn off and on - it not enough.
In order to provide more assistance would be necessary to know which computer it is, what is the RAM, CPU, hard disk, when and how to have Windows installed (either clean installation or update/upgrade), are the old Windows files have been removed or not and how it was done, etc, etc.
Good luck to You!

Kalju- I actually just did a clean install with Windows 10 on this PC about a month or so ago. I'm using a Dell Optiplex 7040, 16GB Ram, i7 3.6GHz, and a 256gb SS hard drive. I'm connected in a domain environment, but I don't believe there is any issue there since some of my coworkers are using a Windows 10 laptop and experience no issues.
