Whoever says Windows XP isn't stable just doesn't know what they're doing
Here's a screenshot of a computer we have at work that's being used as an internet gateway and workstation. It's an AthlonXP 1600+ with only 128mb of PC133 in it. I'd say this amount of uptime is pretty decent for such a machine, considering it gets used pretty much every day for things beyond just simple websurfing, such as photo editing in Photoshop and animation in Flash. It probably could have gone on a lot longer too, but I had to restart it when I installed SP1. Believe it or not it was running just fine with barely any MS updates, but I decided to throw on SP1 just to be on the safe side.
Does anybody else have any screenshots of impressive uptimes under XP or any other OSes? It's too bad I didn't get a screenie of my Linux box before I restarted it a while ago. It was well over a month by that time.
