I have a 4 year old computer with an Intel Celeron processor at 501 mghtz. I recently had Windows EX Professional installed and ever since then my internet and email runs at a snail's speed. Does anyone know whether the new operating system could be causing this slowdown. It worked great before the changes. I also switched from Bell to Sprint Canada around the same time.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who may have also experienced this difficulty and what they did about it, other than buying a new computer. Thanks.
