Which Windows XP OS to get? Home, Pro... or 64bit version

OK here is the thing. Which to get. I know Pro is kinda better.
But my thinking is get cheap Home edition and wait for Vasta..

You should only consider Pro if you need the added administrative options...but most people won't really use these and therefore home is the best choice for most

x64 is relatively useless at this point as there as there are little to no 64 bit applications to actually use...x64 you should find to be more of a resource hog and of course support and bugs are a big issue with it

get the mce 2005. it xp pro but cheaper with extras
