Default Windows XP Lite?

Just wandering around in BitTorrent search engines, and I've noticed a 140MB ISO file of "Windows Pro Lite Extreme W/ SP2".

From it's description, it's basically Windows XP Pro, stripped down to the bare neceseties, with networking, audio, and printer services, and can apparently run on anything as little as a 266mhz processor with 64MB of RAM, with decent speed.

I've noticed programs that do this, but this is an actual OS installation, probably based from the Corp edition, since it says it's an unattended install.

Anyone ever use this, and is it any good? I might be getting a cheapish laptop (something around 300-400 mhz) soon, and this might be a good option for it...

XP Pro lite limits how much ram you can use and limits other things as well. Your better off with Windows 2000 on a 300-400mhz laptop in my opinion.
