Windows XP IE7 prb...

I've got a Dell Inspirion laptop but don't know exactly the model, the issue is whenever I do install IE 7 it will restart normally to complete installation and give me a message that explorer.exe is crashing so I will not be able to browse in windows.. you know how it feels then don't ya

What I'll do is: go to system restore through task manger and back to IE 6..

Any Ideas regarding this issue or is it time to FORMAT that machine.

512MB ram with a 1.6 Mobile inside and a Home Edition on it ...

How Old is this Notebook? It may be time for a reformat. ~OR~ Rut your virus scan and spyware programs and make sure the unit is clean. Then try it again...
