windows xp hotfix

Have noticed I have eleven instances of the above in my install/uninstall programmes. what does it mean? What are they? Loathe to delete in case they are important. They have no size or date attached.

ps They are suffixed by the following sp2(see Q329115) (different no's)

they're updates I presume.

yeah, they are usually just normal updates or security fixes within windows. don't uninstall them.
