Windows XP Freeze!!!

It could be.... the fact that safemode doesn't work leads me to believe that. I mean, it's not loading any drivers and it still crashes. Maybe that or some weird hardware conflict.

This sound like a long shot by try reseating your ram. Also, how well ventilated is the case?

do u mean reset or reseat? i have had the ram out a few times and have swapped it with my bros. the case is well ventilated.
