Windows XP- Cant Uninstall ANYTHING

This is really frustrating. I am using windows XP Pro, I have had the problem in the past with other computers running xp. There are three different programs in the last few days now that I have tried to uninstall via their uninstall software, add/remove console in control panel and then a third party uninstaller and everytime I try to uninstall ssomething each method just freezes and wont respond.

What applications are they? Maybe then i have a bit more insight and i can help.

Pinnalce Studio 10, Adobe Premiere Pro 2, Avid Express Pro, which are all video editing software, I have also had problems with GTA San Andreas, but seriously, basically anything I try to uninstall, wont.

I am able to install via safe mode...
