Windows XP and Bluetooth

I have a Dell XPS Generation 4 loaded with XP Pro Service Pack 2 at work. My office just purchased the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse.

The standard keys work but the hot keys will not. The computer techs have tried everything and are out of ideas. We do not think it is the keyboard software since it works on other computers in the office.

Has anyone encounted this problem or does any one have a solution?

first off, you have a very nice system, im jealous!

To fix the problem, you may need to install software for your keyboard. If you dont have the cd, dont worry, just search in www.microsoft.com and find the drivers yourself.

I installed the 5.2 Intell-software but it still does not work. Funny thing, the keyboard worked on my other machine (same OS) but not on the new XPS model.

I almost want to tell the tech guys to give me my old machine back.
